Odisha's Anjan Kumar Samal as best citizen journalist. The IBN Network in partnership with Idea Cellular, felicitated the 15 Citizen Journalists who stood up against corruption. The 15 Citizen Journalists were honoured by leading actress Vidya Balan at a glittering award ceremony in Delhi on Monday evening.
